Seamless Raingutters and Downspouts
All raingutter is seamless aluminum raingutter. I use hidden hangers as shown in the pictures. Spacing them no more than two feet apart, and some applications 18", so the gutter will not lose it's shape with ice loads. I offer heat cable installations on eaves and in gutters and downspouts. I also clean out gutters and downspouts.
Deck and Fence Repairs
I repair wood and vinyl fences. I also stain wood fences. I repair and install gates as well. I repair and stain wood decks.
Custom Aluminum Wrap Work
Almost any wood trim you have on your home can be wrapped in aluminum and look good. No painting required year after year.
Posts, window surrounds, beams, door surrounds, garage surrounds. I custom make my finish trim, so the aluminum doesn't look wrinkled.

Siding Repairs and Installations
I repair or replace aluminum and vinyl siding, soffit and fascia. New Installations as well.
I hand nail all my vinyl siding, so it is allowed to expand and contract as needed.
I use quality long-lasting material. It is well-worth investing money on the exterior of your home to protect your interior.
I use aluminum soffit and fascia on the eaves. In my opinion vinyl is not a good product for the eaves. On homes with no ventilation in the eaves, I will cut holes in exsisting plywood and place vented soffit every three feet to allow proper ventilation to the attic. This also extends the life of your shingles.
Drywall, Painting and Staining
I will patch and repair drywall and texture ceilings.
I will paint rooms, whole houses or even one wall, whatever you need. I will paint doors interior and exterior. also stain or paint fences and decks. I will stain interior railings or wood, including furniture.
Tile Work
Showers, Floors, Countertops and Repairs. Also grout coloring.
Miscellaneous Handyman Services
I provide many handy services. I can also do projects that are difficult, time-consuming or challenging for you.
From hanging pictures to installing a towel rack, toilet, sinks, and faucets. Installing do-it-yourself assembly shelves or custom built shelves to hanging blinds. Installing cabinet and door hardware to finish carpentry such as baseboards, crown molding and interior doors. And other miscellaneous items.

Fence built in late 70s. Stained one time, when built. Was stained again 2013. Not too bad, turned out pretty good. Some posts replaced.
Homeowner did awesome job installing the fence. After gates hung around his yard for a year, he called me to install them. They were heavy. I see why he didn't want to do it himself. Turned out good in the end.
